I rode around the area yesterday. the fire was very well contained by the fire fighters. The area west of the quarry/shooting range seems to have taken the brunt of the fire. Some logs are still smouldering, but there's nothing around those smouldering bits to catch fire. Bit of a dust bowl. I imagine everyone downwind is having a hectic of a time keeping things dust free.
