Shimano now also make an 11-46 if I'm not mistakenYeah they do, also quite expensive if I remember correctly. That sunrace is quite decently priced, and I have heard they are durable too. Also doing that will give you +/- the same ratios, so cadence will not be different to when you are running a 10-42t.

That's some expensive school fees, but you're better off for it. Really.I managed to sell the Epic (it was an elite) for enough to buy another camber comp carbon. So didn't lose out in that respect thankfully!

Go two teeth up on your chainring (34 as oposed to 32), and you will effectively have the same range at a much lower price...I have their 10 sp 11-42 with a 34 up front. Works a treat but then I have small wheels. Haven't really noticed an increase in top end over teh 32 tooth front I had before though.
