Manitou post mount to XTR ISO caliper?

Is there a bracket available to mount an XTR caliper (International Standard mount) to a Manitou Black post mount fork?

 

I seen and even have a mount to go from IS fork to post mount type caliper but not the other way round ..........

 

Please please guys this is 'hampering' my project/test bike build !

You need an adapter and a 230 rotor.

Will setup the brakes/shifters etc with an old fork with IS and then wait to get the adapter/rotor some time in the week.

Won't be riding anyway the next few weeks so I got time .......
