Using SLX HG50-10 with KMC x10.93 chain on Road 105 setup?

Hi,

 

I need some tech advice, i am wondering if it is possible to use a SLX HG50-10 Cassette and KMC x10.93 chain on Road 105 setup?

Absolutely no reason why not. If you have an 11 speed freehub body you pay need to insert a spacer spoke side to ensure cassette fits. That's the only mod you might need.

Depends on the maximum capacity and range of your RD - road derailleurs usually have a max cog size of 28T, so if you're looking at a 36 you'll have clearance issues.
