Looking for a coaster brake hub to be built into a wheel

I have a fixie, and while the fixed gear is cool and all, I much prefer a freewheel setup as I don't see any real world benefit to the fixed gear.

 

So, I would like to keep the clean lines and brake less finish of the bike, as well as avoid ruining the black painted brake track of the deep v Alu wheels, and would like to get a coaster brake hub built into the wheel instead.

 

Its a 36 hole rim, and I would prefer to run a shimano hub as I've heard any cheaper brands tend to give issues later on.

 

Anyone know what shop or person in cape town could rebuild the wheels with the hub I'm after?
