He obviously did not know what it's function was, and never reinstalled them. I only found out once I got home and investigated as to why there was so much play on my cassette.Phoned them, but to this date nobody knows what happened to them, as they were not on the workshop table anymore. Can't find them loose at any LBS, and to buy a complete freebody is too expensive.
