Just heard a radio advert for Tracker SA, on 947. Has anyone else heard it?

 

Somewhere in the middle of a Trainspotting-like rant of never stop cycling, I'm sure I heard "...cycling at 1.5m from cars."

 

Is it me, or have they got the wrong end of the stick, and if so, sending out the wrong message?
