Road Cycling Routes around Cape Town

Hi Guys

 

I am looking for good road cycling routes around cape town, 20 - 50 km long. What are the routes that people ride regularly, how are they safety wise? Are there route maps like strava etc (i dont know the roads that well). 

 

Any info would be appreciated.
