Seems like it was a tuff year nobody commented anything! This was was not to be my 3 solo, started to feel sick at CP2 water point, sat there for a few minutes but soon realized that I’m not he only one person who were not 100%, cycled through to CP3 rest there for an while and tried again, but by the time I got to the water point I hade nothing left in my stomach and everything that did go in came out almost immediately!

So had to call it a day, but will be back next year.

Sorry to hear that..

 

Sage 3 was a killer. Also ran out of fluids 10km from CP#3.

The last 5km of that stage felt like "50km".

Then at the CP had to change the car tyre because of a puncture. I think that may have saved my race as I stopped for about an hour here.

 

Overall I really enjoyed the Dash and will do it again.
