MyRace and CSA

OK, we are now almost 5 months down the line here in 2008.

 

We registered via MyRace for our Cyclosport licences.  According to Crux he did receive mine already.  My wife's licence (and quite a few other TCS members is still somewhere in a black hole).  I went to collect my Bela Bela race number and said that I do have a cyclosport licences but not on me.  They were given a list from CSA/Myrace of everybody who have registered and guess what ... my name is not on there.  How long will it be before things are streamlined and sorted or would that be a pipe dream.

It has been an ongoing problem that was supposed to have been sorted out a month or so ago. In the end I sent about 50 applications in the old way and CSA was on the ball and members had the licences in +/- 2 weeks. Hopefully the syste will be sorted before year end.
