Rapidé Ultralight PRO Rear Hub

Quick question does someone have the technical info on this hub ?

 

 

I.e I want to know if this is just A rebranded novatech hub ?

 

Cause i have this Hub ^^ build onto one of their 29er rims and want to know if  i can build the following hub over onto it and use the same spokes (both wheels less than 6 months old)

But I need the 29er to be boost.

 

 

Wheel builders please give me some insight

* edit 650b wheel has boost hub 29er has ultra light (142) hub I want to know if I can swap the hubs straight without buying new spokes
