Possible stolen bike (white with tri bars) in sandton

Unfortunately I don't have much info on the bike but spotted a chap this morning riding a mostly white bike (probably carbon from the shape) on bowling drive. What struck me as odd is that the bike had tri-bars and a race number on the seat post.
