If you do a search based on that you'll find Weldtite Jetvalve CO2 inflator hits and then go snooping from there. I see one for sale on BidOrBuy but it does not appear to be as elaborate as the one in your pic. Very cool looking though! I also snagged a CB inflator from BikeMob. Great price and fits the form and function we've determined to be the best bet. Thanks guys!
