That’s my go to LBS even though they are nearly 300km away. They saved my bacon at Sani2c after a very expensive pre race, bike service with what was then rated the top store in the country, ended in bicycle first trail side repair at 500m roadhouse into the race. Since then I heave been a regular customer and converted many to make GMC my not so local local!! Kudos to Craig and Tyrone and the entire team Oh maybe Greg too ????

Hoping one of you can help me, I am sure the college of Knowledge will know the answer! I had a fire place installed last winter with a stainless steel flue. Warmth was great and that overpowered the builders shortcomings. However now that it is warm the kink in the shiny stainless steel flue is becoming more and more obvious everyday! Is there a way to straighten it? Basically 2 of the sections that join are misaligned! Trust you guys can assist!

Never had Hopes of my own, ridden a bike with them and they where really nice. Had XT’s and will never ever go back to them, eish I even put them on my wife’s bike. I suppose that they where better than the avid elixirs before! Upgraded from the avids to Formula R1 then on to XT, I now know that I left the R1’s due to faulty set up. XT where better for me after that as the setup was better but not perfect as I discovered on a long steep descent ???? Went back to Formula but went Cura, wow! Modulation all there, power all there! Very underrated brake in this country!

The ditch diggers and irrigation specialists are hard at work installing Fibre in town. We are currently using a fibre by air connection but the fibre deals look faster and cheaper. However in Newcastle we have the propensity to be constantly digging up town for burst water pipes, as the municipality in its wisdom seemed to think that maintenance was only for before 94, so all the pipes are giving in. I am sure there are other towns with similar issues. With this in mind I am concerned of down time should I switch to a fixed fibre line. What has been experienced elsewhere?
