Advice for cycling in Majorca

Hi Hubbers!

 

I will be traveling to UK then Majorca for a wedding/holiday in August, looking for advice on where to hire a bike(there are so many hire shops) and is it worth it to take my bike with?

Any other advice would be great also!

So I mailed quite a few bike shops for quotes to hire, one shop replied in minutes and offered me a Cannondale Caad8 with insurance for €160 for the period 18/08/2017 to 30/08/2017, any thoughts on the bike itself for that price?

I was there last there for 4 weeks and its paradise and now a good few people there who can help you, where about are you staying on the island as I can help you in the right direction if you need.

 

That price you were quoted is reasonable but at that price I would rather take my own bike.

I looked at taking my bike but according to Emirates they will charge me an extra ticket to take it with
