Do you Spin?

Used to spin when I still have free access to the VA gyms

 

* If you do where do you train?  VA gyms especially on business trips where the bike could not come along

* What do you like about Spin classes? Having a good workout

* What are your pet hates ?

   - I have my own goals when going for spinning. Especially if it is a not good instructor or the music is crappy I would stick to my own program.  If I dont get out of the saddle when you say up ... it is your problem not mine.

   - Music that does not fit the exercise (slow beat music on high cadence etc)

* What would you like your instructor to do to make it better?  Choose good music

* Have you used the new ICG IC6 or IC7 bikes?  Huh?

* What are your pet hates  - Some one on Watt bike not training seriously and no bike available for me

This exactly. Wattbikes are there for people who wants to train more serious. If you want to warm-up or read a book or chat with someone, there are other exercise bikes/equipment/ sofa's where you can do that.

 

Fortunately at the new VA in Menlyn Maine there are enough wattbikes, they even have a wattbike studio and they are maintained properly.
