Does anyone know of a service that will take my car from Uniondale to Knysna on the day of the race?

The easiest is to take an extra non riding person along with you to drive around.  That's what we do.

Try to email them, maybe there is a service available. The organisers are very helpful and the response is quick.

 

Alternatively get a driver. My wife drives the hired car from Uniondale to Knysna via Outeniqua Pass, like everyone else's wife/girlfriend/boyfriend etc.

 

She says it is one massive convoy every year. But breakfast at Knysna Waterfront makes up for it.

Doing the same thing on our side, Wife is bring the car down, still waiting for indication what the invoice from her side will look like
