TomTom watch not picking up HR monitor

Hi All,

 

I have been using my iPhone for strava purposes when cycling, then changed to a tomtom watch as I started running too.  My garmin HR monitor used to be picked up by both the phone and the watch, but all of a sudden it just stopped picking it up on either devices. 

 

I tried a brand new HR monitor and still it is not picking up.

 

Has anyone experienced something like this before?

Is your HRM BLE as well as Ant+ as tomtom only works with BLE and Garmin is Ant+, so if the HRM is only Ant+ then the watch will not be able to pair with it

I think it is both, as the watch was picking up the HRM a few weeks and activities ago, but suddenly stopped working.
