CWC and Cool Heat Awesome service

Mid June I bought a Tacx Flow 2240 smart trainer from CWC .

Yesterday it blew up .... ( too much power ha ha!! ) .

This morning I spoke to Charlotte at CWC who said I must get the trainer back to them and they will sort it out with Cool Heat .

I live in JHB and asked if I could contact CH direct . She said no problem .

 

Well I just pitched up and was helped by both Ian and Jade ( friendly guys those ).

 

20 minutes later I left with a new trainer ..... NO ISSUES at all .

 

Thanks guys it is much appreciated .

 

I often read about bad / no service in the cycling industry , and yes I was close enough to go there myself , but this was awesome , so well done to both parties !!

glad to hear it!

 

I have a Tacx also bought from CWC.  Hopefully nothing will go wrong but if it does good to hear it will be sorted....
