I recently had a new tubby glued for me by my local bike shop, not sure if he was in a hurry or what but he has messed the glue all over the carbon, spokes and tubby.

I just want to know what i should use to clean it up without damaging the decals and carbon?  Tried hot soapy water and cloth but did not help much.

Just don't use thinners or strong cleaning agent' date=' I did and the colour on the decals came off... [/quote']

That is what concerns me.  My wheels have only been used in 9 races and now with all the glue on the wheel, it looks shoddy.

benzine softens the neoprene component in contact adhesive enough to remove it from the wheel. it should not harm the wheel but do a test patch anyway. now fire your bike shop mechanic..... he is a disrespectful idiot
