Im doing trans baviaans in 2018 and would like to start with some solid long rides, looking for some training partners to start a group, i would like to also ride on weekday mornings.

There are normally a big group of guys from LCC who do it. You'll have smaller groups in every one of the batches (B-D) who normally split off at the turning point to add distance. And then organize long rides specifically for it, so join the club and you'll have more than enough training partners.
