Anyone know of a bike shed builder?

Hi

I'm looking to install or have built, a 20-30 bike storage shed at my complex. Shed needs to be secure and waterproof. Does anyone know of a service provider or someone who could help?

Why not look at putting a Wendy house up . They come in so many different sizes and variants . . You can specify door size and were you want it ( Middle or side ) for easy access . Then get a handy man to put bike hangers along the length of both walls . I have a 4 X 4 m which i sealed with a liquid foam that you spray into joints to keep it dust and weather proof .My son stores medical equipment in it .. Paint the inside /outside with carbolinium and you have a structure that would need very little maintenance .

Dont think you need a "special" building for this,

A regular builder would be able to build a suitable size structure for you in keeping with the design of your complex, then you would likely have to buy 30 wall brackets or else have an engineering shop make up bike racks that stand on the ground like you have at schools. (Or combo of the above)

 

As its a complex you would likely want to speak to an architect as planning etc would be needed for such a structure.

Plus again being a complex, kind of rules out the "bakkie builder", dont want someone taking your deposit and disappearing etc.
