Bad service from Nsquared distribution

I really like Rock ‘n Roll lube (particularly) gold) but found it hard to find recently.

 

After a quick desktop search, I found Nsquared Distribution who indicated to have both gold and blue lube in stock at reasonable prices and decided to put in an order last week Monday for one of each. I was originally looking for gold only but decided to also order a bottle of blue to try it out on the mud rig (which Rock ‘n Roll says it’s for).

 

Order was delivered on time on Wed morning but contained two bottles of blue and no gold lube.

Honest mistake, I thought. Called the offices and Desree agreed to immediately send out new bottle of gold and get the courier to uplift the bottle of blue. Furthermore indicated that the delivery would be made the next day. I was very impressed with service received..

 

However, nothing happened the next day so I called again on Thurs. Desree was not available but I was promised she would call back. No call back was received.

 

Called again on Friday and Desree promised to investigate and revert shortly. No call back received. Then called again Friday afternoon (so this is now call no 4) and managed to speak to Desree who said it was hectic due to an office move and requested time till Mon to sort things out and revert. Needless to say no call received today either. Tried to call their offices again earlier today but phone just rings.

 

Have tried the blue lube in the meantime on dirt rigs and quite like it so will keep both bottles

 

Will source gold lube somewhere else and have put the experience down to school fees.

 

Just thought I’d share my experience with Squared distribution so others are warned.

In the interest of fairness, I should report that I did receive an email from NSquared late yesterday afternoon offering a refund for the extra bottle.

 

Been in touch with them today and as this has been a problematic interaction they have decided to given me a full refund for the whole order.

 

So not a great experience but resolved in a descent manner by Nsquared Distribution
