Hello Ruan Posted March 3, 2018 Share Hey guys, so I got a brand new second hand bike off the hub and I want so swap out some parts. But this is my first ever crank removal and install. The silver cranks (Shimano XT Hollowtech 2) must go on the new bike that has the FSA press fit BB and the black cranks must go on the old bike, can I just swap these cranks? The black cranks have a little spacer on them does this need to be transfered to the silver cranks? Because i measured both BBs and the press fit BB is a very little amount shorter than the other is that what the spacer is for? I will upload pics too.
