Hi all.Just thought I can give Lyne Products a thumbs up for the dropper post I bought from them.Got it delivered to my desk in two days time and quality was up to par with other name brands I looked at and also pricing was good.Sofar had two rides with it and works well for what my personal use is.Installation was easy and painless.Lets hope it holds out for a while but for those looking at going ebay or import try these guys first.Good communication from the word go till delivery was done.Thx gents at Lyne.

Just want to 2nd this post. Got the V2 Contour (external 125mm dropper) on my 29er.

 

Installation was easy and took about 30mins roughly, but the dropper was sluggish initially and eventually failed to pop up after riding for 20mins.

 

Instead of taking it back - which I suggest, rather than voiding the warranty, I opened the lever part and found another cable (nylon/rope) behind the normal cable bracket. It is hidden away and quite tricky to work in that small space. Took me around an hour to get this right, I adjusted that 2nd rope/nylon cable and the post is now working flawlessly, fast but still very smooth and solid. 

 

There is a bit of normal left to right play but it is unnoticeable while riding except when you looking for it (I was also told this play would happen after about 2 hours of use but should stay constant).

 

Best investment EVER next to wheels and tyres and the Lyne brand is also something solid.

Lyne are making some excellent products. I've fitted one of their Contour droppers to make bike and is faultless. I would say as good, if not better than my Spaz Command Post at half the price.

Also want to chime in here.

I have their dropper (my 3rd one from them) on my bike, their amp30  wheels, Lyne cranks and carbon bars and stem. could not be more happy with the products and service. i also put a bunch of Lyne stuff on my wife's bike.
