Bike components

Im going to be taking delivery of an RC6000 frame and scott CR1 fork in 2 weeks and would like some help on deciding what stuff to put on the bike. I have the following so far:

 

Frame	Raliegh RC6000 (alu)
Fork	Scott CR1 (carbon)
Groupset	Tiagra (needs to change to 10 spd)
Wheels	Easton Ascent II
Stem	Karbona Carbon 100mm
Seat Post	Elite 27.2 (alu)
Seat	Raliegh
Handel Bars	Elite 42cm(alu)
Brakes	Tiagra
Pedals	Welgo (crap)
Bottle holders	Bontager

 

Now I would like to change my groupset to 10 speed and change a few other things to make the bike better and lighter. On a budget of about R3000 and most of my stuff will be bought off the hub. So all the stuff im going to change will be sold aswell.
