Mapsie het jy darem die link gekry oor die www.boerekos.com en die piesangbrood resep. Ek dink die resep is gepost voordat die kla-kouse dit reggekry het om die posting toe te maak.

ja, thx Oom, he tom gekry en vir Lilo geffrd.

Dirtbreath, she rides a SantaCruz SL Alu frame, anyways, it's not broken yet but her LBS said she should start looking at replacing it as the chain has chowed thru parts of the hanger and pieces are starting to chip off.

Sheeez, you guys must do some hectic riding. I have replaced 3 hangers during my time but never once damaged a derailleur. The hanger is much softer than the steel derailleur cage and acts as a sacrificial part and is much cheaper and easier to replace than a derailleur.

If Lilo rides like a pinball then a good bet is the shadow like Para has suggested. Sounds like she stops for nobody (and I dont mean John Eales).

I'm still saying get the new XT Shadow for her.
