Saddle height, again

Hi all.

 

I adjusted my saddle height and stuffed up my knee on a longish ride.

 

Now I want to set it to the inseam length x 0,883 which worked well previously.

 

My concern is what is the effect of the compression-ability of my saddle on this length? I know it is not much but the possible movement of about 10mm might affect it..

Spent the money and go for a proper setup, its worth it over the long run. 

 

The .883 isn't always that accurate.

I set it to my hip height and have never had issues 

 

If it bothers you , go for A pro setup
