Furbz Posted April 20, 2018 Share welcome to the Friday thread Its sad that the only way to get a shop to adequately assist with their products is to drag there name out on a forum like this.but for lack of any other alternative, i just don't see any other option. Design in motion are the AX lightness importers - a super high end bike brand.my ole man has a AX lightness evo ultra frameset - a 60-70 thousand rand frame.all we want is a replacement derailleur hanger. something that you would expect would be kept on hand. they are cheap and often needed.but for love of money design in motion are unable to get these. its now over 6 weeks since we first ordered one. its not for a lack of trying on our end, we call often to see if they have arrived but are constantly given excuses. maybe it time i should contact AX lightness direct, see if we can put pressure from that side.
