Prescribed Drugs and Fun Rides/Races

I am seeking some advice.I did try and search forums and came up short. I have been prescribed by a doctor a drug that is on WADA's banned list.

 

I am riding a few fun rides/races. I am a proper backmark.

 

Do I need to notify organisers,just wing it or what as are the procedures?

 

Any input will be appreciated,thank you.

Unless you are participating under a racing license (i.e. ‘league’) you have nothing to worry about. Just check with your doctor that you can participate while on the meds. Often meds and exercise don’t mix.
