Foam rollers

Jaa.. it worth trying them out, i don't use it every day mostly only when i feel a niggle or tightness

Just a plain simple flat (hard) foam roller, works well for those niggles.

 

One question I often wonder about wrt foam rolling:

Q: When rolling after an activity, should you roll before or after stretching?

 

Generally i roll first then stretch, or sometimes just roll only
