Wattbike Hub to Strava syncing

For the last two weeks my activities on Wattbike are not getting synced across to Strava (prior to that it was working just fine)

 

Have already disconnected and reconnected twice to no avail.

 

Has anyone else got this problem and if so how did you fix it??

Hi, had a similar glitch with the syncing a while ago. The issue was with Wattbike, they had a problem with their server. If I remember correctly after a week all the workouts were uploaded. Not sure if this is applicable now?

Are the icons on your Wattbike Hub app history list for the activities that did not sync white or red?

 

They are supposed to remain white until they sync to the Wattbike “cloud” whereafter they turn red.

 

I have had similar issues which were related to my phone network connectivity. Try switching your mobile data/wi-fi on and off and see if the icons change colour.

All icons are red and I can see the activities on the wattbike.co site. Just not pulling across to Strava

Something to try: Disconncect, and reconnect your Strava account from your Wattbike Hub account.

 

To do this, in the app, got to Menu > Profile > Click on Strava button to disconnect, and then click on it again to reconnect.

Done that twice, no result
