Bike fit and set up .

I recently bought a new Mtb and was given a free" Bike Fit " as part of the deal . I have always relied on my own knowledge and experience to get the right ride height etc on my bikes . I was a comfortable sub 3hr  on any race . The bike fit was done using all the standard parameters and formula . Riding the bike for the first time was actually a pleasure and i only had to make a few small adjustments ., 5mm lower on saddle height and 10mm longer on stem length with my old raised bars as a better feel on  stretch length .
