For instance, if your model is as follows:http://forums.mtbr.com/attachments/shocks-suspension/893378d1400105080-help-me-decode-my-rockshox-lyrik-serial-number-determine-oil-heights-img_20140514_175840569_hdr_zps3760685c.jpg20 = week of manufactureT = place of manufacture, in this case Taiwan (unconfirmed)1 = year of manufacturer, 2011 I'm sure there's a similar method of decoding serial numbers for other brands and components. However, how do I determine the generation of the fork?
