Smit90009 Posted July 15, 2018 Share Hi all, Was wondering if someone could help me out please, do they also have "fun rides" in France and the Netherlands? And if so, which websites could I visit? I will be traveling a bit with my bike and would like to ride some "races". Any feedback would be highly appreciated.

Do you want a race with a classification or just a ride with a marked route and some lovely food stops on its way. The netherlands are thiny but France is quite big(which area's do you intend to visit? I might be able to give some info if its not too far from where I stay. After that I will be in the region of Paris for a week and after that in Amsterdam. But in the Netherlands I can travel anywhere.Classification would be great, bit more of a challenge I guess? Also, after Amsterdam I could go back to France if there are more options?
The Crazy German Posted July 15, 2018 Share Had a look but don't seem to find a national calendar with a decent quantity of content quickly. And you don't seem to be coming to my part(actually in my region there are few organised mountainbike events during summer its busy may june september. Not sure for other regions as I grew up close to the netherlands. Its often regional calenders so you need to search on department number, VTT(mountainbike) randonnéé(recreational organised ride) course (race) a dutch kalender http://www.mtb-you.nl/default.asp?contentid=421 I use this french site for finding routes to go when not in my own part of the country https://www.utagawavtt.com/

I have searched quite a bit, but can only really find road rides and UCI races, so hopefully with your links I can find a nice race while I am visiting. Thanks again for your help :-)
