I'm coming up to Joburg for the week, can't take my bike without boxing it. Not really in the mood for admin around that. 

 

 

Anyone know of a place I can rent a decent bicycle from.

You can hire an MTB at Northern Farms.

Northerns are okay but then you have to ride at Northerns and Im not sure how good the bikes are.

 

Bike market also rents out bikes.

 

They have a good range, they service before bike go out and they let you ride anywhere.

Bike market has some really nice road bikes at times. Rental is R540 per day plus R3000 refundable damage deposit.
