Large/Adult Training/Stabilizer Wheels

hi, I am looking for Adult Stabilizer wheels but can not find anyone in SA selling it.  Perhaps I am not looking in the right places. New or Used.

For what purpose?

 

If for cyclist like in Cippolini's post, then you need a special bike / rear axle.

 

If you have a able adult that wants to learn to ride, get a smallish frame bike and lower the seat, so that feet can be flat on the ground.
