Courier From Taiwan

Can anyone recommend a good but reasonably priced courier to bring in a tandem frame from Taiwan?

Its a carbon frame and fork with little else but we were quoted around R10k which makes the project uneconomical.

I use TNT to bring stuff in from Taiwan, they are very expensive. I gave up on finding a cheaper alternative.
