Posts - 2 hours off real time

I cant imagine this hasnt been discussed if its the same for everyone but i haven't seen someone mention it. Why do posts (ads or forums) say that they were posted 2 hours before they actually were? Its been like that since i can remember, ive just gotten used to adding 2 hours to any ad that I see.. Is it the same for you guys?

Open bikehub desktop site (icon at bottom of phone screen on mobile site), click on your user name (top right corner), select My settings, change time zone to gmt+2
