XC bike for racing

Hi guys,

 

I am wanting to buy/build a 29er bike for the racing season next year. As for being a broke teen i can only spend +/- 15k.

Do you guys have any suggestions that I can look at?

Should be able to pick up a few year old Giant Anthem or Scott Spark in that price range very easily, if you're keen on dual suspension.
