We all know that the 947 race/ride is on Sunday 18 November, but if you want to escape the chaos why not join Dave & Johann on a recce ride in the Cradle area. They will be starting from Makiti at 07:00 for 07:30, out towards Tarlton. It will be about 40km but will not be a hectic ride. Remember to check road closures and plan your “escape” in good time. Makiti is an MTB friendly establishment so do stay for breakfast afterwards and a bit of social interaction.
