Humza Posted January 8, 2019 Share Hi guys i have been cycling socially on and off in cape town. I recently just entered the argus and with it being 7 weeks away i am trying to see if i can join a club or group in preparation for cycle tour or if anyone can suggest an alternative training tips. It would sincerely be appreciated. I have a mountain bike with sleeks. So i am not exactly a road race pro cyclist and/or the fastest so a beginner group whose training for argus may be best suited. If anyone of you can put me in touch with the right people to chat to id appreciate it. Looking forward to your response. PS. I am based in Southern Suburbs or muizenburg area. Dicky DQ Posted January 9, 2019 Share Just ride the loop from Muzinberg to the point and back and you are sorted (hook up with other groups on the road), the rest is a walk in the park.

Plenty riders out that way on the weekend mornings.... Ride as much as you can and enjoy the views, it only gets easier the more time you spend on your bike! Thomo Posted January 9, 2019 Share Pedal Power newsletters always refer to organised rides from the cycle store opposite Blue Route mall - possibly worth a look.? But yes, as others have said, lots of riders will head out that way between now and March.
