not always covered by household contents

 

depends what is specified

 

sometimes anyone item under household cant exceed a certain percentage of total value of household

 

then  any one item under household contents above a certain value needs to be specified as all risks

 

varies from insurer to insurer and also per person

Trek was specified under All Risks for my home policy. Cervelo p5 was a separate bike policy with miway. Miway seems to be the problematic one looking for an excuse not to pay... But I think all my paperwork is in order and there should be no issues. Keep an eye out though, the bikes in those sizes are pretty rare...
