Cycling at Elements Golf Estate

Tried the search function but couldn’t see anything.

Going to Elements for a long weekend and see that there are a few trails, one is Advanced and the other is Technical how do they compare to Northern Farms or the Spruit?

Just wanting to see what routes the family can do.
