So , been watching this topic with interest. I have a basic R329.00 package with Dstv. Just called them and did the following , upgraded to premium , Extra (R660.00) and will use dstv.stream on my pc ... I did not do a debit order (big no no ) and cancel premium at the end of July . This is not theory , its all working R31.42 a day for the tour is a bargain

Did you find what you needed ? I have close to 80 routes on my Plot route , All are on the west rand , most are MTB . DM if you like .

Have also been struggling with the NX. LBS has replaced entire derailleur and cassette twice , with Sram,s consent. Finally LBS "lent' me a GX setup about 3 months ago , done around 800 kms with zero problems . I have no idea as to why this helped but am just glad its working , and huge kudos to my LBS . I am not bashing Sram here , as I do think all in all their product is good.

This has probably been discussed before , but here goes anyhow. I need another 4000 points to get to gold , my fitness points are maxed out. I need to find ways to get those 4000 points. I have done the online the online age and health questionnaires. I have done the weight and BMI health check. I see I can get points getting the flu shot , but I have not had flu in years , so I do not see the need . I cannot do any of the fitness assessments , because I have reached my max fitness points !!! Does anyone have any ideas ... Quite honestly , I feel that this maximum fitness level for the year should be re-assessed. Once you reach it , all you have to look forward to is a coffee once a week at Kauai ,BIG WHOOP !!

So I have a 520 bundle that I got off Amazon last year , took it into Garmin Rosebank yesterday to get looked at (Have an issue with the heart rate strap) First thing I told them was it came from Amazon , was told its was no issue at all , they cover it fully .!! And a really great bunch there as well , they went through my unit to make sure it had the latest software , and since then have already had a call from the tech guy trying to resolve the problem . Kudo,s Garmin !!!!!!

So , today , I hitched up my bike and ............ just drove.... never stopped until I got home again ! Yes , I got a new WHISPBAR Rack Service was incredible , they delivered to my house , and even changed my ball (tow hitch) free of charge. Unit locks onto car and onto bikes , and tilts with bikes in place , even has wheels mounted at the bottom if your too lazy to pick it up.

Shipped both on the same order , Tool worked out to R 507.00 plus R 1020.00 for the pads , and shipping and all duties was R452.00 Tool is a nice solid piece of kit , 3 pieces , and all clips together with strong magnets.
