6v DC rear light

Gooday all

I have a question for you technical electrical buffs out there.

 

I have a dynamo hub operating a dynamo front light and there is facility to operate another light <3W x 6v DC WITHOUT a capacitor. The front light already has a capacitor and two capacitors in-line will blow the unit.

 I was thinking of fitting a rear light. 

Is there anything available locally and what are your suggestions?
