dev null Posted July 9, 2019 Share 4. As an aside, If you were so convinced the restraint clause was unenforceable, why did you refuse to sign it? An unsigned contract means no chance of having to appoint a costly lawyer and having to fight a case against you, even if you feel confident of winning. One never know for sure the outcome.
