Hi guys . This is my first forum post on any archive. I bought a Titan player 1.0 today second hand from a classified user on this site. The bike seems to feel smooth and good however I notice it had an S sticker on the middle frame and the pamphlets say that it is a teen BMX road sort of bike . I wanted a mountain bike which I could go on like trails and roads nothing too hectic.i paid just under R2000 for it. i am average 1.72m inseam 79cm . please could I get advice on the following. 1 . fear that the bike is a teen or light use bike and cannot be used for mountain bike trails 2. The bike size seems to fit ok but am I just over compensating and men shouldn't ride bikes like these? I'm 27 btw. 3. Please could someone give me some information on the bike , any specs would be appreciated . I am currently using the Titan2014 guide but the one I have seems to be an older model. I would like this information so I can follow up on a service.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to read this in advance

From these images it seems to be fine for MTB. Suspension, disc brakes. I would just put some proper tyres on and raise that saddle to begin with. Get your bike shop to setup the saddle height properly, or search for instructions on the interwebs.

If you enjoy the sport, you could either upgrade the parts (the ones in the pics are not highly specced) or get a nice 2nd hand bike with bigger wheels and a frame that will suit your build if this bike feels too small for you
