shimano saint brake pad choice?

Hi all

What brake pads would be recommend to run in some saint m820- brakes?

The stock pads are horrible and don't bite at all after 3+ months of riding since new. 

 

Apparently its a common issue for stock pads to suck... 

running 203-Icetech rotors front and back

and (Pad: H01A Resin/H03C Metal) according to Shimano's website 

Pretty clueless on what to use/buy
