Got an old 010 dual-air rockshox pike dj. at 160psi it feels soft. 165 being the max psi Are there any kits available to convert it to a single air chamber. Or can I swop out a cartridge from a different rockshock fork? Or would it just be eaiser to bin it and buy a newer argyle or fox 34. Thanks

Awesome thanks the makes a lot of sense, Will try a 6 in my sister bike. and run 40:1 in the 85, Is detonation at all a risk if she runs the bike with a hotter plug or does that only happen if your using the top end of the bikes rev range and riding the snot out of it? Rode with a 8 this afternoon in the yz125 and didn't seem to get a fouled plug. just starts bogging if i dont ride it fast and keep the motor hot 24/7. 😂guess i should stick to my 300 for slow riding as its made for lugging around trails. we manually mix our own gas, My EC300 has oil injection but our yz's dont sadly. The manual do recommends 32-1 for both bikes, ive always ran 40-1 and my sister does 36-1 since she lugs the bike more. if we run 32-1 the bikes bog like mad and sputter oil all over.

Any 2 stroke experts here? My Yz125 fouls plugs constantly along with my sisters yz85. Both bikes run crisp and dont bog. ride them for 2 hours and they bog and foul the plugs. Yz125 is at 40-1 yz85 is 36-1. tried a 7 to 9 plug in both bikes. is it jetting or our riding style that causes it? Never had to touch jetting so not sure whats the cause.

You could on the older forks get away with it. Newer forks requires the brands overpriced oil. It'll work but there is chance your adjusters and fork will feel slightly different

Im interested to hear what you guys do to Track and improve your cardio for longer distance rides and climbing Started doing 40km tokai loops on my bike. was unstructured and random so didn't see much improvement, then didn't ride for 4 months???? Trying to get a benchmark so Im guessing I should do a FTP test of sorts to see where im at? would like to work up to doing 50-60km on an enduro bike. If anyone has a training plans of sorts or Advice the fastest way to build up fitness again, Thanks all

Hi all So i switched from a 400 to a 550lbs spring on my tr250 and noticed the rebound is alot faster, had to dial it 5 clicks slower just to get back to what it was like on the 400 spring. leaving me with almost no clicks left for adjustment. This is with 50% of hsc lcs and btc used first spring was a 2,8 400 replacement a 2,5ish 550lbs On this linkage setup 550 is what a 100ish kg rider would use. me weighing around 65 throws it off. Yep that's what i meant, bike shop got mixed up and sold me internal cups for a tapered frame so no chance it was going to work????
